His and hers water closets

Despite the advances in women’s rights, there are still ways the males and females will always be different. This is why people may want homes with his and hers water closets. A lady will likely want more mirrors and places to keep supplies for personal grooming. There needs to be a place for makeup, different kinds of brushes, and hair styling supplies and equipment. Such grooming items would likely just be in the way in the men’s room.

Men can probably get by with a smaller bath room. Just a comb or brush and shaving equipment are usually all that is needed. After all, men typically do no have elaborate hair styles or make up. A man can look his best with minimum fuss and a quick comb. He may also appreciate not having a feminine decor on his side.

Brothers and sister would also appreciate not having to deal with each other’s personal items. A girl just entering puberty, probably does not want to share any details with her younger or older brother. In turn, he probably does not want her to share.

For ease of plumbing, the his and hers water closets should be right beside each other. Having them both near the hot water tank or tank less water heater, could allow both showers to be used at once without one person getting it all. If one gets the heated liquid first, the other one may only be able to get it cold. In addition, having these separated by just a wall, will enable privacy, while allowing loving couples to be close.
