2009 American Residential Design Awards Second Place Working Drawings. This is a very special award even if it was second place. This award had only two winners 1st and 2nd. I was judged by my peers to be the best in the nation on how I layed out the construction working drawings. Later the next month AIBD featured my work in the magazine and pointed out that this was the best way to provide for a custom client.
